Calculator inputs
The public calculator is anonymous by default. It recalculates the scenario you enter but does not create a contact record or intentionally retain your balance, age, tax-rate, or growth-rate inputs after the request is completed.
Basic service information
Our hosting provider may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, device and browser information, timestamps, and security logs. We do not sell personal information.
Reports
When you print or save a report, the file is created through your browser. Review the report before sharing it and avoid adding confidential client information.
Protected advisor scenarios
The public calculator does not automatically create a saved case. An authenticated advisor may deliberately save an illustration inside a firm-specific workspace. A saved scenario contains an advisor-chosen case label, an optional opaque reference to the firm's CRM record, the calculator assumptions and result summary, calculation and rules versions, status, retention date, and limited access or change history.
Retirement Tax Studio is not intended to replace the firm's CRM or document system. Advisors should use initials or a household nickname rather than a full legal name and keep contact details and client records in the firm's approved system. Do not enter full names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, complete dates of birth, Social Security numbers, account numbers, login credentials, tax returns, health information, or confidential planning notes in a case label or CRM reference.
Workspace access is limited to authenticated members assigned to the advisor organization. Stored scenario queries are separated by organization, and access, updates, deletions, and scheduled retention deletion are recorded in a limited audit history. Firm agreements may establish different approved roles and retention periods.
Advisor walkthrough requests
If you voluntarily submit the advisor walkthrough form, we retain the contact and firm information you provide, your request, the source of the submission, and your permission to respond. The system creates an internal follow-up schedule and editable message drafts. Messages are reviewed by a person before sending. We use this information to respond, evaluate product fit, manage the sales relationship, maintain suppression or opt-out requests, and improve the advisor offering.
Do not submit client names, account numbers, Social Security numbers, tax returns, health information, or other confidential client data. We do not sell advisor inquiry information.
Retention and choices
Advisor inquiry records are assigned a deletion date 12 months after submission. They may be deleted earlier on a verified request or retained longer only when an active business relationship, legal requirement, security need, or documented recordkeeping obligation requires it. Related follow-up tasks and notes are deleted with the inquiry. Limited access and deletion audit records do not copy the inquiry content.
Saved advisor scenarios are assigned the workspace retention period when created; the pilot default is 12 months. An authorized advisor can delete a scenario earlier. Scenario assumptions and results are removed when the record is deleted; a limited deletion audit entry may remain without copying those inputs or results.
You may ask us to correct or delete your inquiry information or stop marketing follow-up. Commercial messages will include an appropriate way to opt out.
Future integrations
The optional CRM reference is plain text and does not connect to or retrieve a CRM record. If CRM synchronization, analytics, payment processing, or other third-party integrations are introduced, this notice and the applicable firm agreement will be updated before those features are used. Separate consent, access controls, retention terms, vendor review, and incident-response responsibilities may be required.
Operator
Retirement Tax Studio is operated by Patel Investment Services, LLC. This notice describes the current public prototype and may be supplemented for a firm-specific deployment.
